4-H Volunteerism and Mentoring - Volunteers are the foundation of the 4-H Program. 4-H operates best when there are partners from the community to assist in planning and implementing the program. Volunteering serves as an excellent opportunity for adults to mentor and invest in their community by helping youth explore new things and develop life skills.
